Job description
- Liaise with suppliers for purchase orders and production/shipping plans
- Monitor incoming material, work-in-progress & process scrap
- Work with our manufacturing team & quality team to track incoming scrap and returns/claims to related parties
- Engaged in coordination, monitoring and control of clear-to-build (CTB) schedule & material inventory
- Support operations team with regular stock takes
- Gather client forecasting data and prepare suitable purchasing schedule
- Data collection & analysis for on-going production
- Collect and monitor material costs with operations team and factory
- Order transaction administration in MRP/ERP system
- Engaged in trouble shooting on issues that may arise
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to GM
- Ad-hoc assignments will be given within the scope of the position

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position a must
- Work experience from Purchasing and/or Material Control department is a must.
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in working with heavy data sets
- Knowledge in MPR/ERP system is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge in Excel is required
- High-school diploma or above in accounting, finance, purchasing or similar related field
- Excellent written skills in English.
